VELLAYAPPAM/ APPAM /PAALAPPAM/HEALTHY BREAKFAST
Good evening everyone... !!!here I'm with an extraordinary dish called velleyappam. This dish is commonly used in southern malabar of kerala... We can serve this appam with coconut milk or egg kuruma.can we look how this yummy breakfast is prepared??
For making appam today.. its preparation must be start before yesterday...
First take a bowl and pour two coconut's water. After one day, take one pappadum and soak in this coconut's water.
Then next day we can soak 2 cups of rawrice into water till 4 hours. After 4 hours wash the rice, add 1 cup of cooked rice and papadum soaked coconut water and belnd well, and make smooth and thick consistency.
Let's this batter for 8-10 hours.. keeping overnights is better, then we can make this as breakfast.
Then in the morning we can make a crispy amd yummy Appam...serve hot with coconut milk and sugar...😆
